How long have you been in business?
We've been developing the concept for GirlBiker and the business plan since July 2001.

Order Questions: How will you ship products? How long does it take for delivery? etc.
In stock boutique items will ship within 2-3 business days with standard shipping via the US Postal Service. 2 Day and Next Day orders will ship the NEXT BUSINESS day via UPS. Special Order items will ship within 5-7 business days via US Postal Service. Remember, business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Your order and your information are safe and secure. Whether you order from the boutique or special order section, the entire transaction will take place on a secure server using SSL technology.

Boutique Items 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're like us, you like to touch, feel or try on (did you buy the right size? the right color?) items before you buy. That's why we stand behind all boutique orders with our 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
Due to the nature of Special Order items, returns will only be accepted due to an error on our part.
